These resources are relevant to nation states with a responsibility to protect the health and well-being of their citizens, researchers in this field, and advocates for the prevention of abuse.
The Resource Library includes two public submissions made to the New Zealand Abuse in Care - Royal Commission Of Inquiry.

These public submissions are authored by Dr David Walker PhD. Dr Walker researches widely in public health, governance of the professions and the assurance of the safe provision of care. Dr Walker has a doctorate in public health and holds an adjunct position with University of Sydney, Australia.
